Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some questions we get asked most frequently.

What animals do you bring to a petting zoo

For a typical petting zoo we bring Goats, Sheep, Alpaca, Ducks & Chickens. They will range in age but all very well socialized

How big of an area do you need for a petting zoo

We typically set up a round pen which is a wooden picket fence roughly 22 Square feet but can go smaller if there is not enough space. We can also make it a square or rectangle if it is a more challenging space. The goal is to have a large enough area for the animals and people to move around.

How do you get the animals into the petting zoo area

The animals arrive in a trailer and the goal is to be able to park as close to the petting zoo area as possible as we typically open the trailer door and attempt to draw the animals with treats to the fenced in petting zoo area. It’s helpful to have cars out of the way so we can either park close or back up to the a gate area where we can then unload the animals.

Do you charge a travel fee

We charge a travel fee for distances over 50 Miles from Queen Creek. The fee is $50 for 50 miles

When do you recommend adding the clean-up option when booking

We offer a Concrete/Asphalt/Turf Clean-Up option when booking which we lay down a tarp and spread pine shavings to mitigate any animal droppings and such. If the area is grass you shouldn’t need it.

What payments do you accept

The preference is cash but we do accept Venmo, Zelle & Credit Cards
